SHILLONG, India, April 18 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment/order on March 17:
Heard Mr. N.D. Chullai, learned AAG assisted by Ms. R. Colney, learned GA for the State respondent Nos. 1-3.
Hearing is not concluded and will continue on the next date.
On a query made by this Court as regard the steps taken by the government, particularly the allegation made against the respondent No. 4/Shri. Islam Hoque Choudhury, who is the Principal of Garodubi Higher Secondary School, P.O Haripur, West Garo Hills, wherein, he is said to have been drawing double salary in his capacity as the Principal of the said school as well as in the capacity of Assistant Lecturer, the learned AAG prays that he may be allowed further 3(three) weeks' time to reply to the said query made by this Court.
Accordingly, as prayed for, list this matter after 3(three) weeks.
