MEGHALAYA HIGH COURT ISSUES JUDGEMENT ON SHRI SAYED HUSSAIN V/S GARO HILLS AUTONOMOUS DISTRICT COUNCIL AND ORS.

SHILLONG, India, March 10 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 9:

1. Ms. E. Pajuh, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that she may be allowed to withdraw the instant writ application with liberty to file afresh, if so advised.

2. The prayer is allowed, accordingly the matter stands closed on withdrawal, however with liberty as prayed.
