Present Mr. T. Momo, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. N. Diana, learned counsel for the petitioners; Mrs. R.K. Emily, learned Dy. Government Advocate for the State respondents; and Mr. Stephen P., learned counsel for the private respondent in WP(C) No. 99 of 2021.
