MANIPUR HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON THINGUJAM HERAMOT SINGH AND 16 ORS V/S STATE OF MANIPUR AND 3 ORS

IMPHAL, India, March 28 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on Feb. 25:

Ms. I. Sharmila, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the respondents and submitted that there is change of counsel on behalf of the State respondents and that the brief of this case is yet to be received from the earlier conducting counsel.

The learned counsel accordingly prays for taking up this matter after 3 weeks. Mr. Abishek Prasad Sahu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has no objection.

As prayed for, list this case again on 13.04.2026.
