MANIPUR HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON TH. SANATOMBAV/S STATE OF MANIPUR AND 4 ORS.

IMPHAL, India, Feb. 9 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on Jan. 7:

[1] Heard Mr. S. Biswajit, learned sr. counsel assisted by Mr. W. Sanatomba, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. Nepolean, learned GA assisted by Mrs. RK. Emily, learned Dy. GA on behalf of the State respondent.

[2] By the present petition, the petitioner challenges for cancellation of the work order dated 06.01.2022 issued by the respondent no. 4 in favour of the respondent no. 5 regarding renovation and construction of school building at Paobitek High School, Wangoi, Imphal West and there is also alternate prayer of issuing a fresh NIT in place of the earlier NIT dated 06.01.2022 as there is no progress and completion of work.

[3] Mr. S. Nepolean, learned GA submits that there is no urgency in the matter and the matter is listed on vacation court.

[4] Accordingly, list these cases before appropriate roster bench on 13.01.2026 in motion column.
