IMPHAL, India, March 10 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on Feb. 9:
Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appearing for the appellant seeks adjournment of hearing of these cases citing personal inconvenience today.
This prayer is objected to by Mr. RT Rebirthson, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. In response thereto, Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA submitted that the matter be fixed in the next week and even if Mr. Samarjit Hawaibam, learned senior counsel cannot appear before this court, he will advance argument on behalf of the appellant.
In view of the submission made above, let these cases be listed again on 25-02-2026.
