MANIPUR HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON STATE OF MANIPUR AND 3 ORS. V/S L. POIREITON MEITEI AND 30 ORS.

IMPHAL, India, May 11 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on April 9:

Mr. Khagemba, learned counsel representing counsel on record for private parties and Mr. Phungyo Zingkhai, learned State counsel representing official parties are before this Court (Physical Court).
