MANIPUR HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SOIBAM JAMINIKANTA SINGH AND ORS. V/S OFFICER-IN-CHARGE, THOUBAL PS AND ORS.

IMPHAL, India, June 9 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on May 7:

Ms. Th. Ranjeeta, learned counsel appeared for the petitioners.

Mr. H. Samarjit, learned senior counsel and PP assisted by Mr. W. Niranjit, learned Deputy GA appeared on behalf of the respondents and seeks one week's time to get instruction regarding the up-to-date status of the connected FIR and to revert back to this court.

List these cases again on 01-06-2026.
