MANIPUR HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SMT. TH. BINODINI DEVI V/S THE TRAINED NURSES ASSOCIATION OF INDIA (TNAI) AND 5 ORS

IMPHAL, India, June 5 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on May 4:

Ms. Julekha Khan, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the petitioner and prays for considering the prayer for passing interim order in view of the urgency involved in this writ petition.

Mr. S. Lokhendro, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the respondent nos. 5 & 6, Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned Sr. counsel assisted by Mr. Ningtamba, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the respondent nos. 1, 2, 4 & 7.

The learned Sr. counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 1, 2, 4 & 7 prays for taking up these matters tomorrow as he has been recently instructed to represent them.

In view of the submission made above, let these cases be listed again on 05.05.2026 for consideration of the prayer for passing interim order.
