Mr. M. Rendy, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the petitioner, Ms. I. Sharmila, learned counsel appeared on behalf of respondents No. 1-4 and Md. Ajmal Hussain, learned counsel appeared on behalf of respondent No. 5.

Issue notice in connection with MC (WP (C)) No. 170 of 2026, returnable within 2 weeks.

As Ms. I. Sharmila, learned counsel and Md. Ajmal Hussain, learned appeared on behalf of the respondents entered appearance and accept notice on behalf of all the respondents, no formal notice is called for.
