IMPHAL, India, March 4 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on Feb. 3:
Heard Mr. Rendy Maibam, learned counsel appearing for the applicantpetitioner.
Issue notice in connection with MC(Cont. Case (C)) No. 7 of 2026, returnable within three weeks.
The present application has been filed with the prayer for allowing impleadment of Shri Ningthoujam Geoffrey, IAS, Commissioner-cum-Secretary (Higher & Tech. Edn.), Govt. of Manipur, as respondent No. 3 in the connected Cont. Case (C) No. 5 of 2026.
Applicant is to take steps for service of notice upon the said proposed respondent No. 3 by way of speed post service as well as dasti service.
Steps should be taken within one week and the applicant is to file an affidavit showing proof of service of such notice.
List these cases again on 13-03-2026.
