IMPHAL, India, June 9 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on May 7:
Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned Sr. counsel appeared on behalf of the petitioner in WP(C) No. 638 of 2028, Mr. S. Lokhendro, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the petitioner in WP(C) No. 953 of 2018. None appeared on behalf of the other petitioners.
Mr. A. Bheigya Meitei, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the respondents.
It has been at the Bar that one of my relative is appearing as counsel for the petitioner in WP(C) No. 638 of 2018 and as such, a prayer has been made for listing these bunch of cases before another bench.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, Registry is directed to place these matters before the Hon'ble Chief Justice on administrative side for his consideration for assigning before another bench.
Earlier interim order shall continue till the next date.
