MANIPUR HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON PHURAILATPAM MIRABAI DEVI V/S STATE OF MANIPUR AND 2 ORS.

Ms. Malemleima H., learned counsel for Naorem Birahari College, Khundrakpam, prays for three weeks' time for filing counter affidavit.
