IMPHAL, India, Feb. 14 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on Jan. 14:
[1] Heard Mr. HS Paonam, learned sr. counsel assisted by Mr. N. Bipin, learned counsel for the petitioner.
[2] By the present applications, the petitioners/applicants are praying for similar relief in similarly situated person.
[3] Issue notice.
[4] Mr. S. Niranjan, learned GA accepts notice on behalf of all the official respondents and prays for 1(one) week time for taking instructions.
[5] Mr. HS Paonam, learned sr. counsel submits that the writ petitions being W.P. (C) No. 401 of 2022, W.P. (C) No. 811 of 2022 & W.P. (C) No. 109 of 2021 may be closed as infructuous.
[6] Accordingly, the W.P. (C) No. 401 of 2022, W.P. (C) No. 811 of 2022 & W.P. (C) No. 109 of 2021 are closed as infructuous.
[7] List the remaining cases on 06.02.2026. [8] Earlier interim order is extended till the next date.
