Mr. Abhishek Sahu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks adjournment of hearing of this case citing personal inconvenience on the part of the conducting counsel.
Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA appearing for the respondents prays for taking up this matter after the ensuing Holi Vacation.
