MANIPUR HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON M/S GR (JV) V/S STATE OF MANIPUR AND 7 ORS

IMPHAL, India, March 25 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on Feb. 23:

[1] Mr. Y. Gyananda, learned counsel for respondent No. 5, prays for two weeks' time for filing counter affidavit.

[2] Mrs. Ch. Sundari, learned G.A., also prays for two weeks' time for filing counter affidavit.
