IMPHAL, India, April 14 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on March 12:
Present Mr. H.S. Paonam, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. Malemleima H., learned counsel; Mr. S. Lokhendro, learned counsel; and Mr. Anjan Prasad Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioners/applicants; Mrs. R.K. Emily, learned Dy. Government Advocate for the State respondents and applicant in MC(WP(C)) No. 696 of 2025; and Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. Y. Jinita, learned counsel on behalf of some of the private respondents.
Due to paucity of time, these matters cannot be taken up today.
