IMPHAL, India, Feb. 14 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on Jan. 14:
[1] Present Mr. M. Hemchandra, learned sr. counsel assisted by Mr. M. Rendy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. DP Sahu, learned counsel for the respondents.
[2] It is submitted at the bar that the parties have arrived a settlement and the matter may be closed.
[3] Accordingly, the MC(W.P. (C)) No. 24 of 2026, MC(W.P. (C)) No. 272 of 2025 & W.P. (C) No. 297 of 2025 are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one if so advised.
