MANIPUR HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON ALL MANIPUR FIRE SERVICE CANDIDATES AND GUARDIANS ASSOCIATION V/S STATE OF MANIPUR AND ORS.

IMPHAL, India, March 28 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on Feb. 24:

Mr. M. Chittaranjan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that rejoinder affidavit on behalf of the petitioner in connection with WP(C) No. 764 of 2024 will be filed during the course of the day with advance copy to the counsel appearing for the respondents. The learned counsel, accordingly, prays for taking up this matter after two weeks.

Ms. Sharmila, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that she has no objection.

As prayed for, list these cases again on 09-04-2026.
