MANIPUR HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER FOR KH.JITEN SINGH V/S STATE OF MANIPUR AND 4 ORS

IMPHAL, India, April 26 -- Manipur High Court issued the following order on March 25:

Present Mr.S.Biswajit, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr.W.Sanatomba, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.N.Umakanta, learned senior counsel for the Manipur Police Housing Corpn submits that he may be given two days' time for filing reply to the rejoinder with respect to new pleadings and same may be filed with advance copy to the other side.

Also present Ms.I.Sarmila, learned Govt counsel on behalf of the State respondents.

It is clarified that affidavit of Manipur Police Housing Corpn will confine to the new pleadings taken to the rejoinder affidavit.
