JABALPUR, India, June 10 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on May 13:
Heard on I.A. No. 8443/2025, which is an application seeking clarification of the order dated 28.04.2025.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 28.04.2025, the writ petition was disposed of by setting aside the action of the respondents and directing them to take a final decision on the objections before proceeding afresh under Section 3D. However, due to a clerical error, the time period for deciding the objections has not been specified in the said order.
In view of the above, I.A. No. 8443/2025 is allowed. It is hereby clarified that the respondents shall take a final decision on the objections within a period of six weeks, before proceeding afresh under Section 3D of the Act.
The remaining part of the order dated 28.04.2025 shall remain unaltered.
This order shall be read conjointly with the order dated 28.04.2025.
Writ Petition be treated as disposed of.
