JABALPUR, India, June 10 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on May 13:
1. The instant petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:-
"(i) The Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction to call for the entire record from the respondents with regard to present case for its perusal.
(ii) The Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to execute agreement of Custom Milling with petitioner for the season 2024-2025 and for all future seasons in the interest of justice.
(iii) Any other writ, order or direction as deem fit and proper in favor of the petitioner together with cost may also kindly be issued against the respondents in the interest of justice."
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he has filed an application dated 05.02.2025 to the District Manager however, that would be decided by the Respondent No.1.
3. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed off by giving liberty to the petitioner to make representation to the Respondent No.1 within two weeks as prayed for.
4. On receipt of the application from the petitioner, the respondent No.1 is directed to decide the same within two weeks and the decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within two days thereafter.
5. Needless to state that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision so taken, he may challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
