JABALPUR, India, Sept. 30 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Aug. 29:
Perusal of petition, it appears that it is a matrimonial dispute between petitioner and corpus. Petitioner has annexed complaints of the year 2023- 2024 from where it is apparent that there is a matrimonial issue between them. As per the petitioner, corpus left the home with all her jewellery etc. and missing person report has been registered. There is no averments in the petition that she is in wrongful confinement.
Learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition reserving the right of petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
The petition is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
