JABALPUR, India, Aug. 18 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on July 18:
Learned counsel appearing for State informs that after passing the impugned order, enquiry was conducted and submitted the report before the Lokayukt. The Lokayukt has closed the report on the basis of recommendation of Collector to close the proceedings.
In view of the report as well as the directions of the Lokayukt, learned counsel for appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal reserving the right of the appellant to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
