JABALPUR, India, March 8 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 6:
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in case the complaints given by the petitioner are treated as a representation by the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Satna, he will be satisfied.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed of directing the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Satna to consider the complaints of petitioner as a representation and take a view in the matter. Let the decision on the representation be taken within a period of 6 weeks.
Petition is accordingly disposed of in the above terms.
It is clarified that this Court has neither considered nor commented on the merits of the contentions of the petitioner.
It is open to the competent authority to consider the same in accordance with law.
