JABALPUR, India, Feb. 7 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Jan. 8:
Learned counsel for appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to approach the competent authority by way of an appeal as permitted by the learned Single Judge.
In view of the above, appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for in terms of the liberty granted in paragraph 50 of the impugned order.
The interim protection granted by the learned Single Judge in paragraph 50 is extended for a further period of two weeks.
