MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SMT. ANITA KANAUJIYA V/S THE STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, March 8 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 5:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied in case the representation of the petitioner dated 09.10.2025 is decided by the Public Land Protection Cell.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off directing the Public Land Protection Cell to dispose off the representation of the petitioner dated 09.10.2025 as expeditiously as possible if not already decided.

In case the same has been disposed off, the order be communicated to the petitioner forthwith. Petition is disposed off in above terms.

It is clarified that the Public Land Protection Cell shall decide the representation of the petitioner without being influenced by anything stated on merits in this order.
