MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SAVITA SINGH V/S THE STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, Oct. 25 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Sept. 25:

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of order dated 27.06.2025 in WP No.39472 of 2024 he does not wish to press the present petition any further. However, reserves the right of the petitioner to assail the order dated 27.06.2025 in accordance with law.

In view of above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All rights and contentions of parties are reserved.
