JABALPUR, India, Nov. 19 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 27:
The subject petition raising a grievance with regard to the alleged unauthorized construction raised on land belonging to the petitioner and his family members. Consequently public interest litigation would not be maintainable.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition reserving the right of the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law raising private grievance.
In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
