MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON RAGHAV TRADERS V/S THE STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, Oct. 25 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Sept. 25:

1. After some arguments, learned counsel for the parties submit that without prejudice to their rights and contentions, since the appellant is aggrieved by an interim order passed by learned Single Judge, the appeal be disposed of with the request to learned Single Judge to expeditiously consider and dispose of the writ petition in accordance with law.

2. Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of directing the Registry to list the writ petition before the learned Single Judge on 06.10.2025 for fixing an appropriate date for hearing in the matter. We request the learned Single Judge to expeditiously consider and dispose of the writ petition as early as possible.
