MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON NEETA GOYAL V/S THE STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, March 8 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 5:

The Corpus has been produced in Court by Shri Rahul Katre, Smt.Manju Rahangdale - S.I. and Smt. Radha Tekam, Police Station Chhapara, District Seoni. She is a minor. She states that she wishes to return to her parents house.

The petitioner, mother of Corpus, is present. Custody of the Corpus is accordingly handed-over to the petitioner.

Petition is accordingly disposed of in the above terms.
