MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON NARENDRA PURI GOSWAM V/S THE STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, Oct. 25 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Sept. 25:

1. The corpus has been produced in the Court by Ms. Priyanka Mehra, Sub Inspector, Police Station - Panagar Dist. Jabalpur. Corpus is minor.

2. She was produced on 12.09.2025, when she has stated that she does not wish to reside at her parents house. Accordingly, this Court had directed the Investigating Officer to house the corpus at Rajkumar Bai Bal Niketan, Jabalpur. Corpus is present in the Court. She states that she would like to return her parental home. The petitioner/father of the corpus as well as her mother are present in the Court they also expressed their desire to take the corpus home.

3. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of directing the Investigating Officer that after completing necessary formalities, hand over the custody of the corpus to her parents.

4. Petition is accordingly disposed of in the above terms.
