JABALPUR, India, Sept. 25 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Aug. 25:

Learned counsel for appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal reserving the right of appellant to initiate appropriate proceedings for delay in conduct of departmental enquiry and for revocation of suspension on account of delay.

In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
