MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON MANOJ AHIRWAR V/S THE STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, March 8 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 6:

1. Corpus has been produced in Court by Shri Rajkumar Shukla, ASI of Police Station, Gourihar, District Chhatarpur and Ms. Sandhya Sharma, Constable-1592 of 6th Battalion, Jabalpur. She states that she wishes to reside with the petitioner.
