JABALPUR, India, Sept. 25 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Aug. 25:

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case the work executed by the petitioner is measured and recorded in the measurement book so that petitioner can take further steps.

2. Issue Notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel for the Respondents. In view of innocuous prayer made by the petitioner, the petition is disposed of directing the respondents to carry out the measurement of the work already executed by the petitioner. It is clarified that the measurement of the work shall be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties.

3. Petition stands disposed of.
