MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON GOURAV MANDLEKAR V/S THE STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, Oct. 25 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Sept. 25:

1. Petitioner impugns the Clause 6.1 read with 6.3 of the rule book for Primary Teacher Selection Test, 2025 to the extent that minimum age of 21 years is to be calculated as on 01.01.2026, the succeeding year and not the year of the examination i.e. 2025.

2. Petitioner is also challenging the amendment dated 27.12.2024. This issue has specifically dealt with by this Court and negated by judgment dated 25.08.2025 in Writ Appeal No.2474/2025 (Pallavi Dubey Vs. State of M.P. & Ors.). The said judgment squarely covers the issues and questions being raised by the petitioner.

3. The petition is accordingly dismissed in terms of judgment dated 25.08.2025 in W.A.No.2474/2025.
