MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON DR. AJAY MANDLO V/S THE STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, Oct. 25 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Sept. 25:

1. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that as of now petitioner does not wish to press the present petition and he is expected to appear in the interviews scheduled to be held December, 2025 or January, 2026.

2. Accordingly, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach afresh, if need so arises.

3. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
