JABALPUR, India, Aug. 2 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on July 2:

Petitioner has filed the subject petition contending that the respondent hospital authorities have blocked the access of the public to Hazrat Sayyed Chandshahwali Mazaar and a Shiv temple located within the premises of the Government District Hospital, Khandwa.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submits that the access has not been blocked. He submits that even in para 5 of the petition, petitioner has stated that one of the gates has been closed thereby the public is being made to take longer and alternative routes. He submits that the access to the religious places has not been prohibited or obstructed and the hospital has closed one gate for security and administrative purposes. The access to the temple and Mazaar is not blocked to the general public.

In view of the statement of the Government Advocate, no further order is called for in the present petition.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
