JABALPUR, India, Dec. 8 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Nov. 7:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the counsel has just got to learn that DRT has commenced hearing of urgent mentioned matters. Accordingly, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the DRT for an urgent consideration of the interim prayer in the original Securitization Application filed by petitioner.
In view of above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayer for.
