MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER FOR SMT. ANITA VANSHKAR V/S THE STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, Oct. 22 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Sept. 23:

1. Ms. Parinita Belekar, Sub Inspector and Ms. Bhuwneshwari, Lady Constable No.643, Police Station- Gwarighat, District Jabalpur has produced the corpus in Court.

2. Corpus was earlier produced on 09.09.2025 when she has stated that she did not wish to go to her parents house and was willing to stay in Rajkumari Bai Bal Niketan.

3. Report of the Child Counsellor is also been received wherein the Child Counsellor has stated that child wishes to return home and has assured that she shall not repeat the conduct in future. The corpus is also present in Court and has expressed her desire to return home.

4. The petitioner/Mother of the corpus is also present and she has also expressed desire that her child should return with her. 5. In view of the above, the Investigating Officer is directed to hand over the custody of the child to the petitioner. The petition, is accordingly, disposed of in the above terms.
