MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER FOR NISHAD RAJ MATSYA UDYOG SAHKARI SANSTHA MYDT V/S STATE OF M.P AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, Oct. 22 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Sept. 23:

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that pending these proceedings an order has been passed on 17.9.2025 by the Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies.

He submits that in view of order dated 17.9.2025 the grievance of the appellant stands redressed. Accordingly, he does not wish to press the present appeal.

In view of above, appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
