JABALPUR, India, Nov. 27 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 29:
Petitioner seeks restoration of W.A.No.820/2025, which was dismissed for non-compliance of common conditional order dated 24.06.2025.
The counsel for petitioner submits that the said writ appeal came up for hearing on 05.05.2025 in default. The Court passed peremptory order for removing the default but the same could not be done, therefore, said writ appeal was dismissed in default due to common conditional order dated 24.06.2025. He further submits that when the appellant enquired about the status of the case, he came to know that the said writ appeal has been dismissed in default. Therefore, in view of the above circumstances it would be appropriate in the interest of justice to restore W.A.No.820/2025 to its original number for hearing.
In view of the above submissions made by the counsel for petitioner, W.A.No.820/2025 is restored to its original number.
Accordingly, the MCC is disposed of
Registry is directed to place the copy of this order along with the record of W.A.No.820/2025.
