MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER DEEPAK KORI AND OTHERS V/S UNION OF INDIA AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, Dec. 8 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Nov. 7:

Learned counsel for petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition, reserving the right of the petitioners to file appropriate objections under Section 3C of the National Highways Act, 1956.

Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
