JABALPUR, India, Jan. 19 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Dec. 17:
1. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submits that allegations have been made by the petitioner against one particular Tehsildar and from the papers filed, no representation seems to have been given to the competent authority i.e. the concerned Commissioner.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition reserving the right of the petitioner to make a representation to the concerned Commissioner.
3. Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. In case any representation is made, the Commissioner would be at liberty to consider the same in accordance with law without being influenced by anything stated in this order.
