JABALPUR, India, Nov. 10 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 13:
By this application, petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file afresh contending that there are certain omissions and technical defects in the petition.
In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
