MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES JUDGEMENT ON VIMAL KUMAR SINGH CHAUHAN V/S THE STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, May 1 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on March 31:

1. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal, however, reserves right of the appellant to apply to the State Government under the Landless Ex-serviceman Allotment of Land Policy dated 20.10.1989.

2. In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
