JABALPUR, India, Dec. 4 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Nov. 3:
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition reserving the right of the petitioner to give a representation to the respondent no.2 with regard to the problems, if any, faced by the teachers in marking the attendance. In case, such a representation is given, respondent no.2 shall decide the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
With the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn
