JABALPUR, India, Nov. 4 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 7:
1. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that appellant has already joined the place of posting, however, the respondents have not yet decided the representation of the appellant as directed by the impugned order dated 2nd July, 2025.
2. We dispose of this appeal with a direction to the respondents-competent authority to decide the representation of the appellant within a period of two weeks from today. It will be open to the appellant to avail of such further remedy as may be permissible in law in case appellant is aggrieved by the decision on the representation.
3. Appeal stands disposed of.
