JABALPUR, India, April 26 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on March 25:
Status report has been filed by the State which indicates that the corpus is presently in Najafgarh, Delhi. The Investigating Officer called the corpus to the nearest Police Station at Najafgarh, Delhi and She had appeared with her husband and given statement. It transpired that the corpus has already solemnized marriage and is living with her husband and the report also suggests that the corpus is on family way and since she is in advance stage of pregnancy, it is not possible to produced corpus in the Court.
The video recording of statement given by corpus has also been produced which has been played in the Court.
In view of the facts that the corpus is a major and has left her parental home on her own free will and she is presently living with her husband, no further orders are called for.
The writ petition is disposed of.
