JABALPUR, India, May 1 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on March 31:
Learned counsel for appellant submits that parties have jointly approached the jurisdictional family Court for grant of divorce by mutual consent. Accordingly, learned counsel for appellant does not wish to press the present appeal.
In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
